Just Be Held is a song by the group Casting Crowns. It comes on the radio at the very times when I am feeling overwhelmed and like I may never get to the places I want to get to in life. I sing along, playing close attention to the lyrics, and I am reminded that I am not alone. That my breakthrough is closer than I think and with my God, my higher power, I can achieve all things. That in all the things going on in my life, they all are being woven together to work for my good. Things are not falling apart, they are falling into place. I have posted the lyrics and the video. Have a listen. Let go and just be held.
Just Be Held – Casting Crowns
Hold it all together
Everybody needs you strong
But life hits you out of nowhere
And barely leaves you holding on
And when you’re tired of fighting
Chained by your control
Theres freedom in surrender
Lay it down and let it go
So when you’re on your knees and answers seem so far away
You’re not alone, stop holding on and just be held
Your worlds not falling apart, its falling into place
Im on the throne, stop holding on and just be held
Just be held, just be held
If your eyes are on the storm
You’ll wonder if I love you still
But if your eyes are on the cross
You’ll know I always have and I always will
And not a tear is wasted
In time, you’ll understand
Im painting beauty with the ashes
Your life is in My hands
So when you’re on your knees and answers seem so far away
You’re not alone, stop holding on and just be held
Your worlds not falling apart, its falling into place
Im on the throne, stop holding on and just be held
Just be held, just be held
Lift your hands, lift your eyes
In the storm is where you’ll find Me
And where you are, Ill hold your heart
Ill hold your heart
Come to Me, find your rest
In the arms of the God who wont let go
So when you’re on your knees and answers seem so far away
You’re not alone, stop holding on and just be held
Your worlds not falling apart, its falling into place
Im on the throne, stop holding on and just be held
Just be held, just be held

Kip, I’d just like to say that your posts seem to fit me and pin me right where I’m at. It’s been a long and rough day. I needed the message that things are working to unite, not divide. I have to believe that. Thank you.
I am glad that it found a place to help. I have been overwhelmed as of late and just try and remember that I must let go and let God do what He does best.
